Park Hyatt hosts week of passion in HCMC

HCMC - The Park Hyatt Saigon, in partnership with Turkish Airlines, Mercedes-Benz, Nespresso and Moët Hennessy, will host the first Passion Week event in HCMC in mid-November.

A brand-new experience, Passion Week is the first event in the city to gather renowned artists from various fields to come and share their passion for contemporary art and cuisine. The event is part of Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, which is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at Park Hyatt locations around the world.

Passion Week will take guests throughout numerous activities from November 14 to 17, including exciting master classes by skillful artists and gala dinners by Michelin Star Chefs.

The event features exclusive workshops in which participants can learn consummate skills from the internationally prominent masters in art and food. The master classes include Floral Master Class with Alfie Lin, floral design director of CN Flower, Taipei; Fragrances Master Class with Blaise Mautin, celebrity perfumer, Paris; Art in Fashion Luncheon with visual artist Bradley Theodore, New York; Mixology Master Class with Simone Caporale, celebrity mixologist, London; and Concerto Chat Master Class with concert pianist Jon Kimura Parker and violinist Aloysia Friedmann, Houston.

Passion Week also introduces four gala dinners, all created and catered by Michelin Star Chefs, including Paulo Airaudo, Vicky Cheng, Jungsik Yim, and Maxime Meilleur.

Every night, guests are invited to a cocktail reception where they will get to know the distinguished chefs, watch them create exquisite dishes through an open kitchen and share memorable stories with them during the dinner.
