HCMC - Vietnam House, a contemporary Vietnamese fine dining restaurant featuring celebrity chef Luke Nguyen, is celebrating the first year of its operation.
From July 23 to 27, the restaurant will be hosting a special anniversary 4-course set dinner menu priced at VND1,288,000 per person, which includes a welcome glass of watermelon Bellini, octopus terrine, Iberico pork rib, Alaskan king crab, and crispy banana.
For the entire period of the celebration, a specially autographed menu with a photo of the award-winning Vietnamese Australian chef will be presented to all diners. Chef Luke Nguyen will be there in person to welcome guests on July 24 and 27.
“It has been an amazing year and a lot of hard work, but by staying focused on our vision we have been able to create a new, higher level of experience for our guests,” Nguyen said.
“By using only high-quality produce, making sure it is impeccably prepared and served in a stunning environment, I think we have been able to showcase a unique style of Vietnamese food.”
Vietnam House is located in a restored colonial building on the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi streets in the heart of the city, which once housed the famed Café L’Imperial in the early 1900s and was a popular destination for the city’s affluent business class.
